As Founder of Fallow Collective, Rawnica leads a purpose-driven ecosystem of brands rooted in hospitality, leadership, and creativity. The collective includes Barrel & Bloom Agency, a fractional sales agency helping emerging beverage brands scale with structure and strategy; Sipp Garden, a hospitality-forward company crafting beverage experiences designed to bring people together; and The Learning Table, a leadership and DEIB education platform focused on building welcoming, people-centered workplace cultures in the beverage alcohol and hospitality sectors. Through Fallow, Rawnica merges her corporate expertise with entrepreneurial innovation, building brands that connect commerce and culture in meaningful ways.
Her prior leadership roles at Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey and Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits grounded her in the full spectrum of brand building, distribution, and team leadership. She is recognized for her ability to connect strategy with community, cultivating both profitability and purpose.
Rawnica’s work is guided by three words: intentionality, accountability, and connectedness. These principles shape how she leads teams, builds partnerships, and grows brands - with a focus not only on performance but on impact. Her approach blends strategic vision with human-centered leadership, reflecting a belief that global growth and meaningful culture are not competing forces, they are the foundation of lasting success.
Beyond her corporate and entrepreneurial pursuits, Rawnica is deeply committed to mentorship, leadership, and equity across the beverage and hospitality industries. She serves in volunteer and advisory capacities with organizations such as the Distilled Spirits Council of the United States (DISCUS), Women of the Vine & Spirits (WOTVS), Children of Restaurant Employees (CORE), and Bourbon Women, contributing to initiatives centered on belonging, education, and mentorship. Through this work, she continues to help shape a more inclusive and forward-thinking global community within the beverage and hospitality sectors.
